Mirel Fisch, Esq. represents individuals and entities in appellate matters in both state and federal courts. She has handled appeals in federal and state appellate
courts, including the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits and the New York Appellate Division, Second Department. Her appellate work includes matters arising from civil rights litigation, including claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, due process and municipal liability claims, criminal. appeals, and other civil matters.
